Andre Raynardo Rowe, an American photographer. Born in Washington DC in the late 1960's he has been photographing subject matters from urban to nature to portraits to editorial for nearly four decades. He firmly believes that photography is the art of timing and can be by captured affectively whether using the most expensive photography gear all the way down to the cheapest cell phones. Keepingt he camera ready is not only a motto for Andre Rowe but a lifestyle indeed.
